No Brokerage Relationship

Use of this website does not establish a brokerage relationship between you and Boatman Realty. A brokerage relationship is established only through the execution of a written agreement, such as a Listing Agreement, Buyer/Tenant Representation Agreement, or other written authorization as required under the Texas Property Code and TREC rules. Until such an agreement is signed, Boatman Realty does not owe you fiduciary duties.
